Shipping is free for all of our products. This product ships from Vancouver, BC or Richmond Hill, ON, depending on availability of stock. Within the West Coast shipping usually takes 1-3 business days and shipping to the East Coast usually takes 4-6 business days.

Do you offer local pickup?

What is the warranty on the MotionGrey Japanese Hoodie?

We offer 90 days warranty with our MotionGrey Japanese Hoodie. Our warranty covers all components but does not cover cosmetic damages occurring from day to day use. How does the 30-day trial work?

What is the return and exchange policy?

Every item comes with a 30-day trial and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. A restocking fee may apply if the unit is opened. We currently do not offer sale of ‘refurbished’ items.
