Motion Series - Standing Desk Frame

Is this desk going to fit in my space?

We have a variety of tabletop sizes from 47” to 65” length and 24” width. We also offer a solid wood table top option with 47” to 55” length and 27” width. The desk frame is extended to match the tabletop size and doesn’t need any additional space. If our table top sizes don’t work for your space, you also have the option of pairing your own tabletop with our standing desk frame.

How much is shipping cost and where does it ship from?

Shipping is free for all of our products. This product ships from Vancouver, BC or Richmond Hill, ON, depending on availability of stock. Within the West Coast shipping usually takes 1-3 business days and shipping to the East Coast usually takes 4-6 business days.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup is available in Vancouver, BC only. Please contact +1 (778)-312-1311 or email websupport@motiongrey.com to schedule a pickup.

What is the warranty on the desk?

We offer a 10-year warranty with our Motion Series standing desks and frames. Our warranty covers all electronic components but does not cover cosmetic damages occurring from day to day use. We offer replacements and shipping if the problem occurs within a period of 14 days. After 14 days, we still provide replacements for free but the customer is responsible for shipping cost. For more details please go to our warranty page.

How does the 30-day trial work?

If you are not completely satisfied with our desk for any reason you can get a full refund within 30 days. You are responsible for returning the product either in person or using your own courier. For more details please go to our 30-day trial page.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Every item comes with a 30-day trial and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. A restocking fee may apply if the unit is opened. We currently do not offer sale of ‘refurbished’ items. As a result, we don’t generally accept exchanges. However, we are committed to resolving your concerns and issues if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will ship out parts as needed. For more details please visit our return / exchange page.

How easy is it to assemble the desk?

Our items are designed to be assembled quickly. Most can assemble desks within 30 minutes to an hour. We provide you with installation manuals and video to make the process as easy as possible. We recommend having a drill to make the holes for the table top mounting screws. Certain steps such as flipping the desk over once it is built is much easier with two people.

How do I set up custom heights on my memory keypad?

First, use the up and down buttons on the memory pad to bring the desk to your preferred height. Then hold the M button until its screen is flashing a 5-second timer. You now have 5 seconds to select a number on the pad from 1 to 4 that you want associated with that height.

How can you offer the highest quality components while being the most affordable option?

The MotionGrey focus is on value. We want to make an elevated and healthier workspace accessible to everyone with affordable prices but without compromising quality. We are able to offer this because of our in-house logistics process. MotionGrey fulfills orders from its own warehouse and is able to save on costs then pass on that saving to customers.
