Return Period

Up to 30 days upon receiving the goods based on associated tracking. 

Return must be in original packaging.

Return Fee

No Restocking fee is charged by our company, and we absorb the original cost of shipping the item to you. The only cost to you will be the cost of returning/shipping the product back to us

Desk is in the original unused, and unassembled condition.

Damage Fee

0% fee.

Refund

Refund will be initiated to the customer after 2 days of receiving and inspection of the returned goods.

Replacement Parts

Shipment for replacement parts will be covered by MotionGrey up to 30 days upon receiving the product.
