Everything you need to know about our shipping policy and lead times
We offer delivery services across Canada and the USA. CANPAR or FedEx handles shipments to our customers in Canada. You can expect a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order. All items on our website come with free shipping within Canada and the US.
There are certain areas within the USA to which we do not provide shipping services. The United States' exceptions are Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Us Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.
In Canada, orders from Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Prairies, and Maritimes may undergo a review process that could impact the shipping arrangements.
Estimated Shipping Times
Most of our products are readily available in our Vancouver distribution center for prompt shipment. If you're seeking to enhance the comfort of your office space, we have your needs taken care of.
- Within BC: 2 to 5 business days
- Alberta: 3-5 business days
- Saskatchewan & Manitoba: 4-6 business days
- Ontario: 5-7 business days
- Quebec: 6-8 business days
- Eastern Canada: 5-10 business days
- Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Prairies & Maritimes: Orders from these locations are subject to review which may affect shipping
**Please note: It is common that our shipments arrive separately, so please do not be alarmed if you’re missing the rest of your order. There is usually a 1-2 business day lag until the next tracking number arrives.
**The specified shipping durations do not account for unforeseen circumstances. It's important to be aware that the mentioned times represent the delivery period after the items have been shipped from our warehouse.
Holiday shipping Times
Please be advised that due to increased order volumes from the holiday season, warehouse processing times has increased and shipping carriers everywhere are experiencing a backlog of packages at this time. Shipping time may take longer than usual.
Shipment Processing Time
Orders received after 8am PST are processed the following business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays or weekend.
Shipments may be delayed for the following reasons:
- We are experiencing a high volume of orders
- One or more products purchased is on back-order
In the case of a significant shipping delay with your order, our Customer Service Agents will contact you via email or telephone as soon as we are aware.
Occasionally, courier handling during shipping may result in less careful treatment of packages. In the event that the product arrives damaged, MotionGrey offers compensation or replacement of the product(s), with the choice left to the customer. If a replacement is opted for, it will be provided only once, and shipments for replacements will be sent through standard ground shipping.
Our response time is typically 1-2 business days. Claims submitted after the 30-day period from the delivery date may not be eligible for approval.
