How much is shipping cost and where does it ship from?
Shipping is free for all of our products. This product ships from Vancouver, BC or Richmond Hill, ON, depending on availability of stock. Within the West Coast shipping usually takes 1-3 business days and shipping to the East Coast usually takes 4-6 business days.
Do you offer local pickup?

What is the warranty on the Motion Metal Dual Monitor Arm?
We offer 1-year warranty with our Motion Metal Dual Monitor Arm. Our warranty covers all electronic components but does not cover cosmetic damages occurring from day to day use. How does the 30-day trial work?
If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason you can get a full refund within 30 days. You are responsible for returning the product either in person or using your own courier. For more details please go to our 30-day trial page.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Every item comes with a 30-day trial and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. A restocking fee may apply if the unit is opened. We currently do not offer sale of ‘refurbished’ items. There is a slight tilt when extended sideways
The monitor remains a bit tilted when extended to one side a lot.
Love it, very sturdy strong and slick.

Fails for my other monitor
Works fine for 24inch, non curved, 2.92kg monitor. However, fails greatly for my 27inch, curved, 4.06kg monitor.
This monitor arm doesn’t work for all monitors
I have two different monitors, one rectangle, the other is curved. It works for rectangle monitor okay. But curved monitor is slightly heavier and the monitor arm cannot support its weight and goes down, thus making this arm not useful. Will need to refund this :(
I find it works excellent for me and is very easily adjustable! Love it!
