How much is shipping cost and where does it ship from?

Shipping is free for all of our products. This product ships from Vancouver, BC or Richmond Hill, ON, depending on availability of stock. Within the West Coast shipping usually takes 1-3 business days and shipping to the East Coast usually takes 4-6 business days.

Do you offer local pickup?

How does the 30-day trial work?

If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason you can get a full refund within 30 days. You are responsible for returning the product either in person or using your own courier. For more details please go to our 30-day trial page.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Every item comes with a 30-day trial and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. A restocking fee may apply if the unit is opened. We currently do not offer sale of ‘refurbished’ items. As a result, we don’t generally accept exchanges. However, we are committed to resolving your concerns and issues if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
