What is the difference between Motion Series desk and the Ergo2 Series desk?

Motion Series desk is engineered with dual Bosch motors and a three-segmented frame allowing for extended height range. Ergo2 Series is designed for the budget-conscious with a powerful single motor and two-segmented frame. For more information refer to Motion Series and Ergo2 Series pages.

Is this desk going to fit in my space?

Our tabletop size is 55” length and 24”. The desk frame is extended to match the tabletop size and doesn’t need any additional space. If our table top sizes don’t work for your space, you also have the option of pairing your own tabletop with our standing desk frame.

How much is shipping cost and where does it ship from?

Shipping is free for all of our products. This product ships from Vancouver, BC or Richmond Hill, ON, depending on availability of stock. Within the West Coast shipping usually takes 1-3 business days and shipping to the East Coast usually takes 4-6 business days.

Do you offer local pickup?

What is the warranty on the desk?

We offer an 3-year warranty with our Ergo2 Series standing desks and frames. Our warranty covers all electronic components but does not cover cosmetic damages occurring from day to day use. We offer replacements and shipping if the problem occurs within a period of 14 days. After 14 days, we still provide replacements for free but the customer is responsible for shipping cost. How does the 30-day trial work?

If you are not completely satisfied with our desk for any reason you can get a full refund within 30 days. You are responsible for returning the product either in person or using your own courier. For more details please go to our 30-day trial page.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Every item comes with a 30-day trial and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. A restocking fee may apply if the unit is opened. We currently do not offer sale of ‘refurbished’ items. As a result, we don’t generally accept exchanges. However, we are committed to resolving your concerns and issues if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will ship out parts as needed. How easy is it to assemble the desk?

Our items are designed to be assembled quickly. Most can assemble desks within 30 minutes to an hour. We provide you with installation manuals and video to make the process as easy as possible. We recommend having a drill to make the holes for the table top mounting screws. Certain steps such as flipping the desk over once it is built is much easier with two people.

How do I set up custom heights on my memory keypad?

First, use the up and down buttons on the memory pad to bring the desk to your preferred height. Then hold the M button until its screen is flashing a 5-second timer. You now have 5 seconds to select the up or down button to preset your desired standing or sitting height.
